As a wall to wall multi-channel video installation, Night in investigates the structure of video reception. Night in seeks to bridge the gap between imagined space and lived space, objective and subjective, private and public, while simultaneously raising the question, why go out? Viewers become participants in a modest night in, as they enter a room entirely engulfed in video projections of a real space, Walinga's private home. Videofag, Toronto Ontario, 2014.
